They don't have any Italian dressing. The dressing that every other I've ever been to has..so that's annoying going out of my way to get a certain dressing on my salad

not only did i call the same night i was food poisoned by their sundae or sandwich, whichever was the culprit, & the only food i ate all day, but they ignored my request for Xtra sandwich dressing, & was nearly impossible to gag down the dry rubber stuff they called a sandwich. Was told i could get a replacement, that my call was logged & reported, anytime i could stop in with the leftovers or recpt.- Of course when did, i was told to return the next day, too hoity-toity, indignant to even look at the evidence presented & where was this PC record or log book of my complaint & approval for replacement? I called the 800 number after that& filed a complaint with their franchise board-- not even (far from) done with these people.
Patties always old, dry, stale; buns often dry, old, stale; cheese ALWAYS cold, since they are to lazy or cheap to heat the cheese a few seconds in the micro like everywhere else. This is the bottom of the barrel. Go to the 24hr corp McD down the road, next ext east, Linden Ave=grerat. This abomination? Avoid at all costs-- only safe for soda pop & MAYBE ice cream-- that is, if they ever clean the inner parts without helpings of hamburger grease. Had cramps for 4-5 hrs & then mild diarrhea. Lied about being able to get meal (2 items replaced). Always pay in plastic currency at this $#!@-hole place. (Greasy spoon rally's across the road=not much better -

That guy is not exaggerating, this place is horrible. Sad part is that it has the potential to be a great restaurant, it's in an amazing location. Obviously there is very little management in the evening because service and food really sucks. Save yourself the headache and go to Rally's across the street.
